Brad Bednar

Modifications, Interiors and Structures

Brad Bednar serves as general manager for modifications, interiors and structures. Brad brings extensive operational leadership experience and a strong track record of developing high-performing teams. Most recently, he led heavy structures, special missions and interiors, where he played a key role in expanding capabilities and improving efficiency across the Wichita Service Center facility.

Shad McMinn

Maintenance

Shad McMinn serves as general manager for scheduled and drop-in maintenance. Shad brings deep experience in quality assurance and safety leadership and was actively involved in the early implementation of Textron Aviation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved Safety Management System (SMS), working closely with teams to help establish best practices that support consistent, reliable maintenance operations. His collaborative approach and customer focus strengthen our commitment to dependable support for you.
