Textron Aviation's active role in the areas where our employees live and work creates a strong foundation for our ability to improve the communities we call home. To keep our charitable strategy relevant and sustainable, we focus our community efforts on three pillars: promoting our wellbeing, connecting our community and building our future.

EMPLOYEE UPLIFT FUNDHELPING IN OUR OWN BACKYARD

Textron Aviation's employee-managed not-for-profit, assists colleagues in financial need and improves the community where our employees live and work. Uplift impacts community programs, ranging from early childhood development to catastrophic relief services to food and shelter programs. Each year, UPLIFT raises over $2 million through approximately 50% of our employee base participation to help our employees and over 200 organizations in our communities.

OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of Uplift is to offer assistance to employees in financial need and to improve our community. While the majority of its funds raised support United Way, the remaining funds are retained to assist Textron Aviation employees in times of catastrophic need or are contributed to support additional non-profit organizations.

MATCHING GIFTSHELPING YOUR FAVORITE CAUSE SOAR TO NEW HEIGHTS

Textron Enterprise is committed to responsible corporate citizenship. We view our public responsibility as an integral part of our business and actively seek out partnerships with agencies that develop and implement innovative solutions to community needs. The Textron Matching Gift Program provides an opportunity to join with employees in supporting this commitment. The Textron Charitable Trust provides funding for the program. Textron will match paid employee contributions between $25 and $7,500.
