Job Summary:
The work content includes but is not limited to receiving and verifying material, final order confirmations,

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist supervisor with required personnel training.
• Responsible for organizing and presenting work/materials/tools to meet production and assembly

• Works from routing sheets, kit lists, material requisitions, dispatch reports, computer generated
shortage reports, SAP manifest lists, and oral and written instructions to perform duties necessary

• Reviews material locations.
• Requires regular contacts within production control, various production departments, supply

• Assists with material reservations for bulk material and ordering replacement parts as required.
• Assists with out-time tracking and batch management for all applicable materials on shop floor
and on kits that have been started. Prepares necessary samples for shelf life maintenance.

order splits.
• Provide daily metrics for build schedules to each assigned area to meet production schedule

verify receipts are as listed on the packing sheet.

Job Summary

This customer facing position is the primary point of contact for owners, operators and maintenance personnel requesting support for Textron Aviation aircraft. JOB SUMMARY:

·       To work under the guidance of other avionics technicians to manufacture, install, functional test aircraft wire bundles. Install and test a wide variety of aircraft communication, navigation, and electrical components. Perform pre and post-flight checks of aircraft and address any discrepancies.  Assist Engineering with process improvement, and validation of engineering documents.

-Installs machine control disk in reader of control console. Observes machine operations  for proper functioning. May override disk control feed and speed using manual data input to prevent broken tools and damaged material.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is an entry-level role that provides the opportunity to participate in the Sales Development Program at Textron Aviation. The Sales Operations Associate (SDP) is a 9-month program that consists of eight functional rotations that focus on the key elements of our business. The Sales Operations Associate will gain not only an understanding of the how and why we do business but will gain operational and business experience in areas related to customer facing role: business and sales operations, Cessna and Beechcraft product knowledge, business finance, negotiations, customer marketing and strategy. ·        Manages the overall Service Center Quality System in accordance with the FAA 14 CFR part 145, ISO9002 Quality System requirements. Supervises the activities of inspectors performing aircraft and avionics inspections.

• Performs periodic aircraft walkaround surveys for tracking of proper usage of all forms as well as the surrounding area to be free of any known hazards.
• Understand and organize the required aircraft inspections and maintaining of files with completed work orders and inspection forms in an efficient system for easy review by supervisor or Lead Inspector.

Job Summary:
To setup and operate a variety of machines to fabricate/form a variety of aircraft components into aircraft parts.

Job Responsibilities:
• Works from blueprints, oral and written instructions to hand form and straighten a variety of parts.
• Straightens or forms parts using hammers, drills, lead bars, shrinkers, stretchers, sanders and other fabrication equipment.
• Operates router, water knife, saws, shaper and drill press to cut and shape metal parts in accordance with pre-determined shop standards by using standard or recognized shop practices.
• Perform routine deburr operations such as sanding, grinding, and finishing parts in accordance with accepted shop standards.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools to form, straighten, route, drill, shear and deburr a variety of parts.
• Smooths out and hand works all surfaces on a variety of production skin parts in accordance with specifications, making essential decisions involving the use of precise judgment.
• Checks and straightens parts in a thorough manner to meet desired shape and surface appearance of a high quality.
• Uses common metal forming and trimming tools such as hand shears, drills and hammers, etc. and operates sheet metal equipment such as shrinker, stretcher and crimpers.
• May perform rework and modification of a complex nature.
• Uses some measuring devices which include straightedge, scale and feeler gauges.
• Responsible only for own work.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Provide technical advice and service assistance to customers and Authorized Service Facilities within assigned geographic regions of responsibility for all matters and situations regarding Textron Aviation products. Maintain customer goodwill by being the first line of support and primary point of contact for Textron Aviation customers and the customer’s personal advocate by addressing all issues concerning their aircraft.

• Identify field issues and document maintainability and/or reliability issues to product support personnel for product improvement consideration within the company,
• Accurately prepare appropriate documentation to inform applicable persons and management of fleet issues, including potential fleet and financial impact,
• Must be able to covey working systems knowledge on all models of Textron Aviation products and are encouraged to broaden working knowledge by attending maintenance training on a regular basis,
• Research and respond to incoming phone calls, letters, emails, etc. from owners and operators requesting technical assistance. Liaise with Product Support personnel to obtain specific information when required,
• Must be able to deal with ambiguity and handle issues covering a variety of situations,
• Work with Authorized Service Facilities to uphold all applicable requirements and provide necessary training to meet our customer's expectations,
• Address questions regarding Warranty, applicable Service Programs, and CAMP/CESCOM,
• Maintains an overall understanding of the pulse of the aviation community for respective region by; communicating with customers, sales, maintenance, and marketing vendors within region of responsibility,
• Actively participate in trade shows and technical events within assigned geographic region,
• Assist the aircraft sales organization and Textron service center organization with prospect and customer contacts, providing technical support, as necessary,
• Represent Textron Aviation and department at supplier meetings and operator conferences, preparing high quality verbal/visual aid presentations as required,

JOB SUMMARY:

Use hand cabinet and robot to shot peen surface of aircraft components. Prepare aircraft components for surface enhancement and protects aircraft parts from corrosion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform visual inspection to ensure any fixture or hard masking used is in good working order
• Ensure that the part to be peened is free from any surface contamination (corrosion, pitting, paint, residue, etc.). Clean if required using acetone. In cases of gross contamination, such as paint or heavy corrosion, escalate to engineering to get corrected prior to peening.
• Mask all surfaces not to be peened. Verify if masking is required, as overspray is frequently allowed.
• If hard masking exists, ensure hard masking is in good working condition upon installation.
• Program the robot to move the nozzle at the required peening angle and initial exposure time, or set up for performing the required peening for manual peening.
• Peen the part as required to meet the traveler requirements and then inspect the part to ensure satisfactory completion of the peening process in accordance with the requirements.
• Remove masking from the part. If tape was used, ensure that no tape residue is present.
• For each job, produce the required certificate of completion and place in the job packet.

Conducts methods and systems studies to improve effectiveness in manufacturing support areas.  Researches, improves and cost justifies manufacturing techniques, processes, and procedures to reduce costs while maintaining schedules and improving the product. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Collaborates with Engineering on desired production tooling and build-plan methodology and gives input/feedback on associated design criteria; analyzes engineering design to determine manufacturability of components and assemblies

·         Determines manufacturing processes, tooling methodology, discrete manufacturing operations and associated time standards to be used to produce new parts/assemblies from detail component fabrication thru job-level installation; authors and maintains process plans for shop floor methods/work instructions

·         Develops learning curve and actual hour projections for new program production incorporation; analyzes actual performance and makes necessary process improvement recommendations

·         Creates Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) to break engineering product structure into logical manufacturing methodology and sequence to enable MRP processes for order release, scheduling, and purchased component sourcing activities 

·         Provides technical guidance to initiate and drive Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) on production issues related to engineering design, material, tooling, specifications, and processes

·         Analyzes/Interprets engineering drawing, manufacturing operation sequence, tooling function, and process specifications and issues engineering change requests (ECR) to improve or eliminate manufacturing issues in sustaining production operations

·         Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding production facility arrangements for improvements to production capacity, manufacturing flow, new model incorporation, and strategic work transitions; maintains current production area layouts and equipment locations per defined process standards

• Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean processes aiming to reduce waste and improve productivity (focusing on the5S method) and coordinating Area Team Development events
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets established policies, procedures, and quality standards to help maintain customer safety and satisfaction
• Safety & Efficiency: Oversee safety protocols, quality control, schedule adherence, and overall efficiency at the Service Center, ensuring a safe and productive environment
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze shop performance metrics (LUE, Billing Efficiency, Productivity, schedule adherence) with the Maintenance Manager to identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Team Supervision: Assign and realign team tasks, provide coaching, conduct evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and collaborate with team members regarding working conditions and ergonomic opportunities
• Customer Follow-Up: Resolve post-delivery issues, address Maintenance Visit Performance Evaluation concerns, and ensure all open issues involving parts or return maintenance are resolved promptly
