Zaki brings over a decade of global aviation experience to his role as General Manager. Since joining the company in 2012, he has held key leadership positions across customer support and technical operations, building a reputation for delivering results. Most recently, he served as Field Service Representative for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region; where he worked closely with customers, resolving AOG events, managing complex maintenance challenges and ensuring seamless service delivery under pressure. Zaki is known for his hands-on leadership, deep technical insight and relentless focus on customer satisfaction. Today, he leads our teams in Melbourne, Perth and Gold Coast, with a commitment to operational excellence and a passion for empowering people, elevating service standards and shaping the future of support in the aviation industry.
