Jackie Chen

Meet Our General Manager

Before his current role as General Manager of the Singapore Service Center, Jackie Chen was Textron Aviation’s Director for China Operations and General Manager of both Textron Aviation joint-venture companies in China. Jackie was also Vice President for Business Development & Government Relations for Textron China from 2012 to 2014.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Jackie has a proven track record in business development, strategy, business management, customer service and an extensive knowledge in MRO operations and aviation engineering. Jackie holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tsinghua University in China. He is also a graduate from the Textron Executive Leadership Program from Thunderbird International Business School.

The Textron Aviation Singapore Service Center has certifications with over 13 national aviation authorities and offers a comprehensive range of maintenance services for our customers including legacy models. The Singapore Service Center is co-located with Textron Aviation’s spare parts distribution center, serving customers in the APAC region.

The Textron Aviation Singapore Service Center is the ideal location for a major portion of the world. The centralized location makes it a quick trip for many owners and operators to receive maintenance, repairs, overhauls, interior upgrades and much more. The Singapore Service Center is a popular choice for owners in the Asia-Pacific region, not only for its convenient location, but also its access to extensive parts and a dedicated team of engineers and technical experts.

WIDE-RANGING CAPABILITIES
We offer many capabilities beyond your standard service facility. In addition to scheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul, we also specialize in:

· FAA Supplemental Type Certification (STC)

But our expertise doesn’t stop there. Our services also include cabin interior refurbishment and in-house structural repair development.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE
Our staff of over 50 employees are focused on providing industry-leading service in our 165,000-square-foot service center co-located with our sister company, Bell Helicopters Asia, in the Seletar Aerospace Park. We service almost all Textron Aviation jet and turboprop products, including BEECHCRAFT, CITATION, CARAVAN and HAWKER aircraft.

IN-HOUSE LOGISTICS AND SUPPORT
Our 28,000-square-foot warehouse holds over 6,600 Textron Aviation spare parts. We’re prepared for any situation and have the parts on hand to keep you flying on schedule.

FOREIGN REPAIR APPROVAL
We are certified and accredited by the FAA, CAAS and other aviation authorities around the world.
