Healthcare Benefits
We offer employees and their dependents a competitive health insurance
package. This includes medical insurance options of a no deductible plan or
different high deductible plans that all include prescription coverage,
dental insurance and vision insurance. Dependent on the type of insurance
plan you select, you will be able to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) or
Flexible Savings Account to use for medical expenses. An annual HSA employer
contribution is also available under some of the medical plan options.
Plane Healthy Wellbeing Program
The Plane Healthy Platform through WebMD will help you bring out your best
self. Employees can earn up to $200 annually in gift cards and merchandise,
participate in wellbeing challenges and utilize free 1x1 coaching sessions.
Plane Healthy Wellness Center & Pharmacy
The Plane Healthy Wellness Center and Pharmacy provides on-site wellness and pharmacy service to employees and their dependents, making access to vital care quick and convenient. The Wellness Center is conveniently located on Textron Aviation’s west Wichita campus. Inclusive of the most important health needs, on-site services will include: Primary care, Urgent care, Pharmacy with drive-through access, Physical therapy, Radiology, Mental health services and Wellness coaching. The care at the Wellness Center and Pharmacy offers a low-cost, high-quality personalized experience.
Gym Subsidies & Discounts
Textron Aviation employees are encouraged to take advantage of the gym

Free Financial Consultations
Both Fidelity and LifeMatters offer free and confidential financial
consultations on a variety of issues related to personal finances including
budgeting, getting out of debt or general financial planning.
Retirement: Textron Savings Plan (TSP) & TSP Plus
All employees who are scheduled to work more than 1,000 hours annually are
eligible to participate in Textron's 401(k) Savings Plan (TSP) with no
waiting period. Employees can contribute via payroll deductions and Textron
will “match” a portion of the contribution. Textron also offers TSP Plus; an
additional annual contribution to an employee's TSP account equal to 4% of
eligible compensation.
Career Development
Tuition Reimbursement
Textron Aviation employees can receive up to $8,000/year for undergraduate
and $10,000/year for graduate programs at accredited universities. There are
additional tuition offerings for certifications programs, CPA
certifications, A&P licenses and more.

An ERG is a Company-sponsored group of employees formed around various
