Studies show that it’s harder for people to re-enter the workforce and reach their full earning potential when they take a break to raise children or to care for family members. To bridge this gap and support our local community, Textron Aviation is proud to be the first company in the region to launch a 16-week paid, benefit-eligible returnship for experienced professionals re-entering the workforce after spending at least one year off to care for themselves or their families.

We hope our returnship will provide you with a jump start back to a professional career emphasizing learning and development while you receive training to help acclimate back into the workforce.

Our goals are simple:

Returners will be offered the same benefits as a full-time employee during their 16-week paid returnship. After completing the four-month program, qualified candidates will be considered for conversion to full-time opportunities at Textron Aviation to help you continue to grow your career.
