Qualifications:

  • Engineering and Human Resource positions require a minimum of five years’ relative experience
  • Supply chain, Operations, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Program Management positions require a minimum of three years business or aviation experience
  • Front line leader positions require a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a degree, or in lieu of degree, 5 years manufacturing and/or leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in following fields:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Computer Engineering
    • Aeronautical Engineering
    • Manufacturing Engineering
    • Aerospace Engineering
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Business/Human Resources/Finance
    • Aviation Management
