Qualifications:
- Engineering and Human Resource positions require a minimum of five years’ relative experience
- Supply chain, Operations, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Program Management positions require a minimum of three years business or aviation experience
- Front line leader positions require a minimum of 2 years’ experience with a degree, or in lieu of degree, 5 years manufacturing and/or leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in following fields:
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Aeronautical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Business/Human Resources/Finance
- Aviation Management
