• Textron Aviation employees can receive up to $8,000/year for undergraduate and $10,000/year for graduate programs at accredited universities. There are additional tuition offerings for certifications programs, including-CPA, A&P, and more.

Flight Training Bonus

Matching Gift Program

The Textron Matching Gift Program provides an opportunity to join with employees in supporting this commitment. The charitable trust will match up to $7,500 annually per employee.

Paid Parental Leave

• Textron Aviation provides new parents with six weeks of paid time off for bonding with a child within the first twelve months after the birth or placement of the child.

Bright Horizons

• Textron Aviation's partnership with Bright Horizons offers assistance finding children, elderly, pet care and more. This solution gives all employees free access to Sittercity. It also offers discounted virtual academic support and childcare at specified providers.

Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance

• Eligible employees may be reimbursed up to $10,000 for combined adoption and surrogacy financial assistance per child, with up to a $20,000 lifetime maximum.

Progyny Family Building

• Employees and spouses enrolled in a Textron-sponsored medical plan have fertility solutions available and integrated into their medical plans. Treatment options may include IVF, intrauterine insemination, egg and sperm freezing, and more.

KinderCare Discounts

• Textron has partnered with KinderCare Education to offer a childcare benefit of a 10 percent discount applied to standard weekly tuition rates within the largest network of childcare programs in the U.S.

• The Textron Charitable Trust sponsors scholarships through the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC). The scholarships are per year for up to four years of undergraduate study.

• Wellness rooms are available around campus to give our employees a private place for medical, wellness or religious practices.

Textron Savings Plan for Retirement

• The Textron Savings Plan (TSP) is a savings vehicle to help employees reach their retirement goals. As a participant in the plan, you can save a percentage of your pay through convenient payroll deductions while benefiting from tax advantages. Textron offers an incentive for you to save through the Textron Savings Plan and to help you reach your retirement goals, by making contributions to your plan account that “match” a portion of the amount you contribute.

TSP Plus

• The Textron Savings Plan provides for an additional annual contribution to an employee's TSP that is equal to 4% of eligible compensation.

Norton Life Lock

• Norton Life Lock specializes in Identity Theft Protection, Restoration of Funds and Online Security. Employees have the option to sign up for one of the two discounted Norton Life Lock plans. Employee-only or family coverage is available.

Plane Healthy Wellness Center

• The Wellness Center is located at Textron Aviation's west Wichita campus. It is inclusive of the most important health needs, on-site services will include Primary care, Urgent care, Pharmacy with drive-through access, Physical therapy, Radiology, Mental health services and Wellness coaching. The care at the Plane Healthy Wellness Center and Pharmacy offers a low-cost, high-quality personalized experience utilizing a holistic and interdisciplinary approach exclusively for Textron employees and their families.

Plane Healthy Wellbeing Platform

• The Plane Healthy Wellbeing Platform is a partnership between Textron Aviation and WebMD Health Services to help you bring out your best. Employees have the opportunity to earn up to $200 annually in gift cards and merchandise, participate in wellbeing challenges, participate in free one-on-one coaching sessions and utilize WebMD's educational materials.

Gym Subsidies

• Textron Aviation employees are encouraged to take advantage of the gym subsidies that are offered at select locations. In Wichita, we offer discounts at the YMCA, Genesis, 24-Hour Fitness and additional gym locations in close proximity to outside of Wichita locations.
