File from your shipment confirmation email:  By clicking the provided link, you'll be instantly directed to the claim creation page, where your aircraft model, serial number, and associated parts are automatically preselected based on your sales order.

File from your order history: Simply visit our website and click on the orders tab. Then, on the order history page, select "Need to file a claim".
