Now Available: Place AOG Orders Online
At Textron Aviation, it’s our goal to make it easy to get the right parts when you need them. Our team is constantly at work to bring new improvements to the tools you use to do business with us. We’re excited to share that you now have the ability to place your AOG part orders online at parts.txtav.com. As a valued PROADVANTAGE customer, you have exclusive and early access to this new feature.
With online AOG orders, you’ll be able to provide your order information upfront and see your available expediting options. To qualify, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Order placed under ProAdvantage or open customer accounts
- Contain five part numbers or less
- Items shipped from Wichita
- Selection of a priority shipping method
Placing your AOG order online will require the same information as placing an order by phone, but with enhanced convenience. For example, your aircraft model and serial number are required, but those fields will auto populate based on your ProAdvantage account information. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter a few additional details if the part(s) on your order are out of stock.
AOG Order Status
Once your AOG order has been submitted you’ll receive emails notifying you of your order status. If your order contains parts that are out of stock, your Customer Support Team will review the scenario, swiftly investigate possible fulfillment options, and then work to get the needed part to you as quickly as possible. You will be contacted by your Customer Support Team if any additional information is required to finalize the order. Rest assured that orders placed online will receive the same amount of attention as an order placed over the phone.
