Hawker Beechcraft Among Sponsors of The Invitational Pro-Am Golf Tournament in Dubai

Charity event attracts numerous European Tour players

WICHITA, Kan. (Jan. 21, 2010) – Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) has signed on as a Premier Partner for The Invitational, a charity golf tournament teaming European Tour professionals and amateur players on Jan. 25 in Dubai. The Invitational is hosted each year by Abdullah Saeed Al Naboodah at the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. This year’s field includes Hawker 4000 owner and professional golfer Sergio Garcia.

“This event has grown in stature each year since its inception in 2007 and represents a ‘win-win’ situation for Hawker Beechcraft by providing us with an opportunity to participate in a successful charitable event and interact with several customers in a very important region of the world,” said Bill Boisture, HBC Chairman and CEO.

The tournament supports charities both locally and internationally and is expected to attract nearly 50 European Tour professionals to battle it out in an 18-hole stroke play challenge. Last year’s winner, Scotland’s Stephen Gallacher, donated his winning check to the Crosshouse Hospital Kidney Dialysis Unit in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
