Job Summary:

Interns will work with the Sales Operation team to support sales management and field salespersons from headquarters. This role will provide the opportunity to communicate with potential customers regarding aircraft sales and marketing matters.

Job Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):

  • Assist with matters of sales and sales support. Provide sales and activity reports, plan tracking and advise senior leadership regarding trends, and other issues
  • Coordinate and conduct presale visits on behalf of Regional Sales Directors
  • Receive phone calls with prospective customers, conduct screening process regarding financial capability, and organize travel requirements to address the prospects needs and expectations
  • Assist Regional Sales Director to ensure all are aware of current state of affairs at Textron Aviation, with regards to aircraft availability, providing requested information, training, etc.

Job Summary:

Work as part of the skilled and passionate Textron Aviation CRM, building solutions that enable the global sales and marketing teams. The position’s primary role will be to leverage the current technology platform to solve business problems.

Job Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):

  • Act as a subject expert to the CRM administration team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencies
  • Support a key business need within the Sales & Marketing organization
  • Ensure the CRM team remains up to date on best practices in the CRM field, including tools, resources, techniques, and applications—and any required training for the same
  • Work with little direction and determines objectives
  • Collaborate in small teams to creatively solve complex and multi-dimensioned problems
  • Ability to develop technical as well as process based solutions addressing business needs
  • Propose new CRM strategies for use by the CRM team, based on overall knowledge of trends in the CRM field
  • Engage in cross-functional and internal team projects
