Meet Our General Manager
Chris brings nearly two decades of aviation maintenance, quality and operational leadership experience to this role. He has progressed through several key positions at the Indianapolis Service Center, most recently serving as manager of quality assurance. In that role, Chris was deeply involved in the early implementation of Textron Aviation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved Safety Management System (SMS), working closely with regulators to help establish best practices that strengthened operational safety and supported consistent compliance across the service center network.
The Indianapolis Service Center team has been providing our customers with continuous support since 1947. Our skilled and seasoned team of aviation professionals provide world-class service on all models of Citation®, King Air®, Beechjet, Premier® and Hawker® aircraft. From scheduled maintenance, interior refurbishments, full repaints, to supporting our customers in AOG situations, the team delivers timely and professional support at the highest levels.
