Seth Persons
Meet Our General Manager
Seth Persons joined the Indianapolis Service Center team as General Manager at the start of 2023, bringing over 20 years of Customer Service experience with Textron Aviation. He obtained his A&P while completing a Bachelors degree from LeTourneau University and started with the company in 2001 as an engineer, supporting the manufacturing teams on the Citation 560XL production line. After 3 years, he moved to Team Structure in Product Support with a passion to ensure our customers have the best experience with their Textron Aviation products. His time in Product Support includes 9 years in Europe, the role of Director of the Global Field Support team, and most recently Senior Maintenance Manager in the Wichita Service Center.
The Indianapolis Service Center team has been providing our customers with continuous support since 1947. Our skilled and seasoned team of aviation professionals provide world-class service on all models of CITATION, KING AIR, BEECHJET, PREMIER and HAWKER aircraft. From scheduled maintenance, interior refurbishments, full repaints, to supporting our customers in AOG situations, the team delivers timely and professional support at the highest levels.
