General Manager and licensed A&P, Jeff Dowden, is a seasoned leader with over 20 years experience at Textron Aviation. Jeff joined the Greensboro team in 2016 bringing with him a diverse background of experience in Customer Service, Program Management, New Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Six Sigma.

The Greensboro team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service in the aviation industry on Textron Aviation products, CITATION, KING AIR, Beechjet, PREMIER and HAWKER aircraft. Our skilled and seasoned team of aviation professionals provide world-class service using state-of-the-art equipment allowing us to deliver fast and efficient solutions. Our team specializes in scheduled maintenance, overhauls, modifications, AOG support, interior, paint services and more. We also provide mobile support for the eastern United States bringing service direct to the customer. Customers have come to expect the highest level of service from the Greensboro team.
